For this Warranty to be valid, you must:

• Pay the full contract price

• Retain a copy of the original contract

• Contact Prime House Painting within the warranty period

• Make the property accessible to perform the repairs

For this Warranty to be valid, you must:

• Any work that was not performed by VeroHue

• Any work where VeroHue did not supply the paint and or materials

• Peeling of layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by VeroHue

• Damage resulting from chemicals, cleaning products, or abrasive cleaning

• Damaged from vandalism

• Damage due to fire or flood

• Settling or movement

• Extreme weather conditions

• Varnished surfaces

• Surfaces made of, or containing galvanized metal, or rusted metal

• Surfaces that excessive water may damage such as water leaks or sprinklers

• Repairs to horizontal surfaces or any surface that, by its design permits moisture. Surfaces include, but are not limited to decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and gutters

• Exact paint match as environmental conditions will affect the color and finish of all paints over time

• Bleeding caused by knots and cedar

• Cracks in drywall, stucco, plaster, and wood.
